Barjatya Lifestyle is a leading modular kitchen and interior design firm known for premium-quality products, elegant designs, and exceptional customer service. We are expanding our team and are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and proactive female candidate to manage showroom interactions and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Showroom Sales & Client Interaction

Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the modular kitchen showroom. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable kitchen designs, materials, and solutions. Provide product demonstrations and explain features, pricing, and project timelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly showroom environment.
2. Sales Calls & Follow-Ups

Make daily sales calls to prospective and existing clients. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and ongoing leads. Maintain a structured follow-up tracker and ensure timely communication with clients. Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
3. Site Coordination & Project Support

Coordinate with site supervisors, designers, and contractors for ongoing modular kitchen installations. Assist in scheduling measurements, deliveries, and installation activities. Act as a bridge between clients and the execution team to ensure smooth project flow. Update clients on project progress and address basic queries.
4. Administrative & Back-Office Tasks

Maintain customer records, quotations, and project files. Prepare basic reports on walk-ins, follow-ups, and conversions. Manage appointment schedules and showroom calendar.

Candidate Requirements

Female candidate preferred. Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. Basic understanding of interiors/modular kitchens (training will be provided). Good phone etiquette and confidence in making sales calls. Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple teams. Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred). Proficiency in MS Office / WhatsApp / Email.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
