The Showroom Sales Manager will manage daily showroom activities, interact with walk-in customers and premium clients, conduct product demos, and support the sales team in driving business growth. This is an individual contributor role requiring strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a premium service mindset. Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end showroom operations, including sales, customer experience, and showroom upkeep.
Engage with walk-in customers, architects, designers, and premium clients to understand requirements and recommend solutions.
Coordinate and schedule showroom demos in collaboration with the regional sales team.
Prepare the showroom for client visits, presentations, and events.
Conduct live product demonstrations of automation and lighting solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) for order processing and timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of footfall, inquiries, quotations, and sales in CRM systems.
Ensure showroom visual standards align with brand guidelines.
Support leadership during client visits, events, and product launches.
Participate in showroom-based events, product launches, and architect engagement programs.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with backend teams for replenishment and display updates.
