We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to oversee showroom sales and daily operations. The
Showroom Sales and Manager
will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and leading a team to meet business objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales and retail management.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers, providing product knowledge and recommendations.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques.
Develop strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Handle inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service efficiently.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
Showroom Operations & Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for replenishments.
Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product display.
Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and customer interactions.
Team Leadership & Staff Management:
Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve performance goals.
Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing coaching for the team.
Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Marketing & Business Development:
Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Engage in local networking and community outreach to build brand awareness.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in
showroom sales and management
(retail, luxury goods, home decor, automotive, electronics, etc.).
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
