About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Showroom Sales Executive to join our team in Panjim. This is an in-store position where you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of our showroom, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing personalized product information and demonstrations. Build strong customer relationships and cultivate long-term loyalty. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Manage showroom inventory and ensure its proper display and maintenance. Participate in marketing activities. managing service staff jobs. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using computers and relevant software. Good presentation and negotiation skills.
