Job Summary
The Interior Sales Showroom Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day showroom operations, driving sales, handling walk-in clients, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role requires strong sales expertise, team handling, and a good understanding of interior products and design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall showroom operations and ensure smooth daily functioning
Handle walk-in clients, understand their requirements, and convert leads into sales
Provide interior product consultation including furniture, finishes, layouts, and decor solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Lead, train, and motivate the showroom sales team
Coordinate with design, sourcing, and operations teams for order execution
Maintain showroom display, visual merchandising, and product presentation
Prepare sales reports, follow-ups, and customer records
Handle customer negotiations, quotations, and order closures
Ensure high standards of customer service and post-sales support
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in interior showroom sales / furniture sales / interior project sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of furniture, materials, finishes, and interior concepts
Ability to handle high-value customers and projects
Team management and leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and basic reporting
Presentable personality with a customer-centric approach
Preferred Background
Education in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related field
Experience in premium furniture or interior brands is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
