We are hiring showroom manager for Sujan Carnival Furniture Experience Center.
Key Responsibilities
Leads daily showroom operations to drive sales and customer satisfaction by managing staff, maintaining product presentation, overseeing inventory, and developing sales and marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, ensuring a clean and attractive showroom environment, and handling customer service issues.
Sales Management:
Develop and implement sales strategies, set sales targets, and monitor performance to drive revenue and growth.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
Customer Service:
Ensure exceptional customer experiences by providing product knowledge, handling inquiries, and resolving complaints.
Operations:
Oversee daily operations, including managing inventory, maintaining the showroom's appearance, and coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
Marketing & Merchandising:
Implement and coordinate marketing campaigns and maintain the visual appeal of the showroom to attract customers and align with the brand.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
