Position: Showroom Sales ManagersJob Type: Full-timeLocations: Mayapuri DelhiExperience: 2-3 yearsOpenings: 2Responsibilities:- Attend Daily visitors and Showcase them all the product availability in the store.- Liaison with the Architects, Interior designer, Builders and Clients for upcoming Marble Requirements.- Understand customer needs and help them find the right Product/ items to meet those needs.- Preparation Quotation for the selected marble for the client and follow up till closure.- Maintain regular follow up with the marketing Team.- Oversee daily sales operations of our retail showroom and ensure exceptional service to all customers.- Develop strategies to attract, retain and satisfy customers, thereby driving showroom sales.- Handle customer queries, issues, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.- Coordinate with the Inventory Manager and other staff to ensure proper inventory levels and product displays.- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.- Stay current with the latest trends in the marble industry to drive sales and customer satisfaction.- Generate sales reports and provide feedback to senior management.Qualifications:- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the marble / Furniture/Paint /Elevation retail industry.- Proven track record of successful sales management.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong customer service and negotiation skills.- Proficiency in using retail management software.- Ability to manage, guide, and inspire a sales team.- Comprehensive understanding of the Marble market, customer needs, and industry.- How to Apply:- Please submit your resume to the email address below.
