Showroom Sales Manager ( Eyewear)

Job Description

Achieve sales targets for all eyewear categories (frames, sunglasses, contact lenses, accessories). Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of showrooms. Identify new market opportunities and customer segments. Oversee smooth functioning of multiple retail outlets. Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements. Manage visual merchandising and store presentation to align with brand standards. Coordinate with the corporate team for billing, utilities, and vendor payments. Ensure consistent high-quality customer experience in all showrooms. Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve them effectively. Build strong customer relationships and loyalty programs. Recruit, train, and supervise showroom staff including optometrists, sales executives, and store managers. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching/mentoring. Motivate and drive team members to achieve sales and service excellence. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment. Minimize stock-outs and dead stock through effective planning. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries. Prepare and analyze sales reports, footfall data, and conversion ratios. Report financial and operational performance to senior management. Provide insights on market trends and competitor activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
