Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our lighting showroom team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a retail or interior design-related industry. You will play a key role in assisting walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, and offering the best lighting solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom in a professional and engaging manner. - Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable lighting solutions based on style, function, and budget. - Demonstrate and explain lighting products, their features, and technical specifications. - Generate and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices. - Follow up with clients for quotations, order confirmations, and after-sales support. - Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and overall ambiance. - Achieve individual and showroom sales targets. - Keep updated with new product arrivals, trends, and technical knowledge. - Coordinate with backend teams for timely order processing and delivery. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field (preferred: sales, marketing, or design). - 1-2 years of retail or showroom sales experience, preferably in lighting, interior design, or home decor. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly, approachable personality. - Basic computer skills (MS Office, billing software, CRM is a plus). - Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays (with weekly offs provided). Preferred: - Interest or background in design, architecture, or home improvement. - Experience dealing with interior designers, architects, or contractors.
