Job Title: Kitchen Showroom Sales Executive (Female Preferred)

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage showroom walk-ins, generate leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed modular kitchen and interior orders.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and explain kitchen layouts, designs, finishes, and hardware options.
Present product samples, catalogs, and design concepts confidently.
Coordinate with the in-house designer to create designs and quotations.
Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, messages, and emails to convert leads.
Maintain proper documentation of inquiries, follow-ups, and sales closures.
Coordinate with site supervisors and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Update and maintain product knowledge, including new materials, trends, and accessories.
Support showroom management activities (display upkeep, customer area cleanliness, etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in modular kitchen / interior sales preferred, but not compulsory.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of customer needs and ability to recommend suitable solutions.
Basic computer proficiency (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM).
Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
Ability to handle follow-ups and close sales efficiently.
