Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable products/services Maintain daily call logs and follow up with interested leads Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers Update CRM/software with call details and customer status

Skills Required:

Good communication and persuasion skills Basic computer knowledge Ability to work in a team and handle pressure Positive attitude and willingness to learn
