We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be expected to build lasting customer relationships and achieve individual and team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

:

Greet and engage with customers as they enter the showroom, providing a welcoming and personalized shopping experience. Understand customer needs and provide expert product advice and recommendations. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and specifications. Assist customers with product selection, explain product details, and ensure a smooth sales process. Maintain a clean and organized showroom display, ensuring products are presented attractively and accurately. Process sales transactions, handle payment processing, and issue receipts. Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Track and follow up on customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and handling any issues. Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by management. Collaborate with the team to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to replenish products as needed. Stay updated on the latest product releases and industry trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Key Qualifications

:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in a showroom or retail environment. Male and female candidates needed Customer-focused with a positive, approachable attitude. Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customers simultaneously. A team player who can collaborate with others to achieve common goals.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
