Roles & Responsibilities:

Engage with customers at our retail stores, understanding their needs, and advising on the best-suited products. Address and resolve customer queries and complaints by providing the best possible solutions, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction. Ensure efficient store merchandising in line with company guidelines. Contribute to team efforts in achieving sales targets and maintaining a customer-centric store environment.

Preferred Experience:

Minimum 2 years in Retail Sales, experience in furniture sales would be considered a plus.

Education and Skills Required:

A minimum education qualification of 12th grade or equivalent. Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel, demonstrating strong organisational and administrative abilities. Exceptional communication skills in English and Tamil. A valid driving license.
