Key responsibilities

Customer engagement:

Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate products.

Sales and product knowledge:

Demonstrate product features and benefits, stay updated on new inventory and trends, and achieve sales targets.

Showroom maintenance:

Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing, including arranging displays and restocking shelves.

Transaction management:

Process sales transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system, handle payments, and manage customer accounts.

Customer service:

Answer customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and collect feedback to improve service.

Inventory management:

Assist with tasks like stock checks, receiving shipments, and reporting low stock.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
