Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will engage with customers, understand their needs, showcase products effectively, and drive sales while maintaining the showroom's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional in-store service.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.

Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory.

Follow up with potential leads and customers for repeat business.

Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Persuasive and result-oriented mindset.

Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service.

Ability to work in a team and independently.

Presentable and professional appearance.

Qualifications:

Minimum [12th Pass / Graduate] or relevant field experience.

Prior experience in retail or showroom sales is a plus.
