Key Responsibilities



Greet and assist customers, providing information on steel doors and related products.

Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and installation options.

Handle sales inquiries, including preparing quotations and processing sales orders.

Coordinate installation, delivery schedules, and after-sales services with customers and technicians.

Resolve customer complaints and service issues efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications



customer service skills and effective communication.

Knowledge of steel doors, carpentry, or hardware is preferred but not always required.

Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.

Organizational and ICT (information and communications technology) skills for record-keeping and scheduling.

Physical capability to handle steel doors, sometimes requiring lifting.

High School diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.

Additional Requirements



Ability to work in a team and independently.

Attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability.

Valid driver's license may be required for delivery coordination.

Positive, professional demeanor when dealing with customers and colleagues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
