, responsible for assisting walk-in customers, understanding their air conditioning needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will manage the complete sales cycle including invoicing, payment follow-up, coordination with the installation team, and post-sale customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and attend to walk-in customers at the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable air conditioning solutions (VRV, ductable units, chillers, etc.).
Prepare quotations and invoices.
Follow up with customers on sales, payments, and pending documentation.
Coordinate with the installation and service teams to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
Experience:
1-3 years in showroom or counter sales (preferably in HVAC or consumer durables).
Education:
Minimum HSC/Graduate.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems is an added advantage.
Proficient in MS Office and email correspondence.
Must be proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented
