Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
Ensure proper display of products and maintain showroom cleanliness.
Handle customer complaints or queries professionally.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory/warehouse teams.
Generate daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with management.
Maintain billing and cash handling processes accurately.
Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing, and promotional offers.
Requirements:
10th / 12th Pass (Graduate is an advantage but not mandatory)
Proven experience in showroom or retail sales (minimum 2 years preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Basic knowledge of billing, stock entry, and handling cash/card transactions
Preferred Experience:
Sales experience in electronics, automobiles, furniture, garments, or jewelry showrooms
Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems
Basic computer skills (MS Excel/Word)
