Showroom Sales Executive

Roles and Responsbility:

Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the showroom.
Answer and direct phone calls or inquiries in a polite and timely manner.
Handling Walking Customer.
Maintain a neat and tidy front office area.
Assist customers by providing product or service information.
To maintain visitor records.
Coordinate with sales and service departments for customer follow-ups.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls.

Requirements:

Good communication and Pleasant Personality.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

Customer service-oriented mindset
