We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in promoting and selling Interlock and Hollow Bricks. The role involves coordinating sales activities, handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales, production, and dispatch teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, delivery schedules, and invoices.
Maintain customer database and update sales records regularly.
Track order status and coordinate with production and dispatch for timely delivery.
Assist in price negotiations and order confirmations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Follow up on payments and coordinate with the accounts department.
Support marketing and promotional activities.
Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of sales-related documents.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in construction materials, bricks, cement, or related industries.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of billing, GST, and documentation is an advantage.
