Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable tile and marble options.
Explain product features, quality, and pricing details.
Coordinate with the design and dispatch teams to ensure timely order processing.
Maintain showroom display and ensure products are presented attractively.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma (any stream).
Proven experience in retail or showroom sales (preferably in tiles, marbles, or interiors).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good product presentation and convincing ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, email communication).
