Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

Greet walk-in customers warmly, understand their commuting needs, budget, and style preferences.

Product Demonstration:

Provide detailed explanations of vehicle features, engine specifications, mileage, and technology (e.g., Bluetooth connectivity, ABS).

Test Rides:

Organize and accompany customers on test rides, ensuring safety protocols are followed while highlighting the vehicle's performance.

Sales Conversion:

Guide customers through the booking process, handle objections, and close sales to meet monthly targets.

Financial Assistance:

Explain various financing options, EMI schemes, and insurance plans available through partner banks.

Relationship Management:

Maintain a database of leads and perform regular follow-ups with potential buyers via calls or messages.

Delivery Coordination:

Ensure the vehicle is polished, accessorized, and ready for the "delivery ceremony," making it a memorable experience for the buyer.

Skill CategorySpecific Requirements

Communication -

Fluency in the Bengali, Nepali, Hindi, basic English; ability to explain complex technical terms simply.

Sales Acumen:

Strong persuasion skills and the ability to "upsell" accessories or extended warranties.

Product Knowledge:

A genuine passion for motorcycles/scooters and staying updated on competitors.

Tech Savvy:

Basic computer skills for entering data into CRM software and handling billing.

Education:

High School/Diploma/Graduate

License :

A valid 2-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
