Understand customer needs and preferences
Show and explain product features, benefits, and pricing
Maintain strong knowledge of all showroom products
Stay updated on new arrivals, product specifications, and promotions
Explain differences between product models
Coordinate with management on promotional activities
Report daily sales and customer feedback
Follow up with leads and potential buyers
Maintain customer records in CRM or sales system
Resolve customer queries or direct them to appropriate departments
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation ability
