Showroom Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, and offering the right product solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly
Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
Ensure proper display and presentation of products in the showroom
Coordinate with the backend team for order processing and deliveries
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support effectively
Maintain accurate sales records and follow up with potential customers
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Graduate / 12th Pass (Preferred)
1-3 years of experience in showroom sales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Basic knowledge of billing software and MS Office is an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
