Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, ensuring a pleasant buying experience. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling. Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the showroom is well-presented at all times. Handle billing, customer queries, and feedback professionally. Support daily store operations including stock management and inventory updates. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business. Coordinate with the store manager and team for smooth operations.

Requirements:



Graduation is

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales orientation and customer service mindset. Presentable personality with a positive attitude. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Willingness to work on weekends and retail schedules.
