To manage walk-in customers at the showroom, handle client servicing, promote products, and achieve sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable products/services.
Provide detailed product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Handle client servicing - manage queries, complaints, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a professional relationship with customers to encourage repeat business.
Achieve sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
Prepare quotations, generate sales orders, and ensure smooth billing and delivery coordination.
Maintain showroom standards, product displays, and stock arrangements.
Update and maintain customer records in the system.
Stay updated with product launches, offers, and industry trends.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Customer handling and relationship management.
Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Presentable and confident personality.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / billing software preferred.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum: Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
Experience: 0-3 years in showroom sales / retail sales / client servicing.
Freshers with good communication and interest in sales may also apply.
