Key Responsibilities



Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product range, pricing, and promotions. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly. Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing. Maintain proper stock display and product arrangements. Prepare quotations, process orders, and handle billing when required. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

Requirements



Education:

Graduation preferred.

Experience:

1+ years in retail sales, showroom sales, or a related role.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales and negotiation abilities. Good presentation skills and product knowledge. Customer service orientation. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
