Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships. You will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and assist customers professionally, understanding their needs and offering appropriate products. Drive sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Effectively explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers. Maintain strong product knowledge to guide customers accurately. Build and maintain relationships with repeat customers. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback politely and efficiently. Maintain store display, stock arrangement, and cleanliness. Manage billing, invoicing, and basic cash handling if required. Coordinate with the sales team and report daily/weekly sales performance. Follow company sales processes, guidelines, and customer service standards.

Skills & Qualifications



Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role (preferably in jewellery/retail). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good customer service and problem-solving ability. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Basic computer skills (billing, POS, Excel). Positive attitude, confidence, and professional appearance.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
