Role & Responsibilities:

Greet and assist

walk-in customers/clients

at the showroom in a professional and courteous manner. Understand customer requirements and

recommend suitable Mitsubishi Heavy Duty air conditioning solutions

. Provide

accurate and detailed product information

, including features, specifications, pricing, and warranty details. Handle customer inquiries

in person, over the phone, and via email

promptly and effectively. Address and resolve

customer queries and complaints

to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Actively

promote products and close sales

by effectively pitching and convincing customers. Coordinate with the

warehouse team at Ceamen Electronics

to ensure timely product availability and smooth order fulfillment. Maintain proper records of sales, inquiries, and follow-ups using

Microsoft Word and Excel

. Support daily showroom operations and ensure displays are neat and updated.

Candidate Requirements:

Proficiency in the

local language

with good communication skills. Strong

sales, negotiation, and convincing skills

. Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented personality. Working knowledge of

Microsoft Word and Excel

. Prior

sales/showroom/retail experience

is preferred.

Preferred Profile:

Experience in

air conditioners, home appliances, or electronics sales

is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
