Position Overview:


A Showroom Sales Executive is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience within the showroom environment. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, demonstrating products, and closing sales while maintaining a well-organized, attractive showroom.

Key Responsibilities



1. Customer Engagement & Sales



Greet customers as they enter the showroom and understand their requirements. Present and demonstrate products with strong product knowledge. Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations to customers. Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

2. Showroom Management



Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. Arrange product displays to maintain visual appeal and highlight key products. Ensure all products are labelled with correct pricing and information.

3. Customer Support & Follow-Up



Maintain professional follow-up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and deliveries. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

4. Documentation & Reporting



Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate sales records. Process orders, invoices, receipts, and customer documentation. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for product availability and delivery.

5. Product Knowledge



Stay updated with new products, features, specifications, and pricing. Participate in training sessions and provide product insights to customers.

Skills & Qualifications



Proven experience in sales, retail, or showroom operations (preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build rapport. Good presentation and demonstration skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools). Professional appearance and demeanour.

Education



Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. High school diploma acceptable with relevant experience.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
