Job Description

The Showroom Sales Executive is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, demonstrating products, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining showroom presentation, and providing excellent after-sales support.

Job Location - Kavugal and Puthanathani

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Engagement

Greet customers as they enter the showroom and identify their requirements. Provide detailed information on products, features, pricing, and benefits. Conduct product demonstrations and help customers compare options.

2. Sales & Target Achievement

Generate sales by effectively converting customer inquiries into purchases. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell related products to maximize revenue.

3. Showroom Management

Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Arrange product displays and update promotional materials. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams for replenishment.

4. Customer Service

Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent service. Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally. Provide after-sales support and coordinate timely delivery or installation.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and order documentation. Communicate customer feedback to management for improvement. Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).

Experience:

1-3 years in retail, showroom, or direct sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good presentation and negotiation abilities. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred). Customer-focused attitude

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
