Job Description

The Showroom Sales Executive is responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and driving sales of products or services in the showroom. The role requires excellent communication, customer service skills, and product knowledge to ensure a positive buying experience and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations. Demonstrate product features and explain benefits effectively. Achieve and exceed individual and showroom sales targets. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Maintain the showroom's visual appearance, including product displays and cleanliness. Keep track of inventory and report low-stock items to the manager. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Follow up with potential leads and maintain customer relationships. Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.

Qualifications and Skills:



Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior experience in retail sales or showroom sales is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a persuasive sales approach. Basic knowledge of billing and inventory systems. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
