A leading retail industry in Madurai is looking for energetic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executives for . The candidate will be responsible for attending walk-in customers, understanding their needs, promoting products, closing sales, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and warranties
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
Handle billing support and coordinate with the cashier
Maintain showroom cleanliness, product display & stock arrangement
Handle customer queries, feedback, and follow-ups
Support in visual merchandising and promotional activities
Requirements
Required Skills
Good communication skills (English + Tamil)
Strong customer handling ability
Sales & negotiation skills
Product presentation skills
Basic computer knowledge (billing, inventory, MS Excel)
Visual merchandising knowledge
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Diploma / Any Graduation
Experience: 1 + years in retail / showroom sales (Fresher with good communication can apply)
Age: 20 - 35 years preferred
Gender: Any
