Key Responsibilities:
Greet and attend walk-in customers in the showroom professionally.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, offers, and warranty details
Arrange and conduct test drives for customers.
Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for loan and policy processing.
Assist customers with booking, documentation, and delivery process.
Ensure showroom display and vehicles are well-presented.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints.
Follow dealership and manufacturer sales processes.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Persuasive and customer-focused approach
Basic knowledge of automobiles and market trends
Negotiation and closing skills
Computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office)
Ability to work under targets and pressure
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum: Higher Secondary / Graduate
Experience: 0-3 years in automobile showroom sales (freshers may apply)
