Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet customers as they enter the showroom and understand their needs and preferences. Present and demonstrate products in a professional and engaging manner. Provide in-depth product knowledge and offer suitable recommendations to customers. Drive individual sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain the showroom's cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards. Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints with professionalism. Prepare sales quotations, process orders, and manage relevant documentation. Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Stay updated on product features, pricing, and industry trends. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of sold items.

Requirements:



High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in retail or showroom sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a positive attitude. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Basic computer skills (MS Office, ).
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
