Role Summary:


The role involves handling customer queries and complaints, managing customer enquiries, maintaining store display standards, and following the sales process with excellent communication and service quality.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:



Promote and sell luxury timepieces to customers. Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Create and expand a network of loyal customers. Attend and support company events and promotional activities. Contribute actively to achieving the boutique's sales targets. Maintain housekeeping, operational, and customer service standards within the store.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Prior experience in sales, preferably in a related field, is an advantage. Freshers may also apply if they meet other criteria. Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Agility and flexibility in handling complex challenges. Energetic, self-motivated, open-minded, and result-driven. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Well-groomed, well-mannered, and professional appearance.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
