Showroom Sales Staff (2 Nos)

Aluva , Ernakulam

Working Hours:

10:00 AM - 8:30 PM

Salary:

?18,000 - ?20,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and understand their requirements Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly Assist customers in selecting suitable products Achieve monthly sales targets and support showroom sales growth Maintain proper product display and showroom cleanliness Handle billing and coordinate with the cashier when required Manage customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support Maintain daily sales records and stock updates Follow company policies and sales procedures
Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in showroom or retail sales preferred Good communication skills in Malayalam; basic English knowledge preferred Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude Willingness to work full-day showroom timings Basic knowledge of billing software is an advantage Candidates from nearby locations preferred
