Job Description

The Showroom Sales Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting products, and achieving sales targets within the showroom. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting products effectively, and maintaining an attractive and organized showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in the showroom in a professional and friendly manner. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing to customers. Achieve individual and showroom sales targets. Prepare sales invoices, quotations, and process payments accurately. Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and organization of showroom products. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally. Maintain customer records and follow up to build long-term relationships. Coordinate with the inventory and warehouse teams for stock availability. Ensure correct product pricing, labeling, and promotions are displayed. Stay updated on product knowledge, offers, and market trends. Follow company policies, sales procedures, and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in sales or marketing is an advantage. Proven experience in retail or showroom sales (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a positive attitude. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
