JAC INTERIOR STORE is an exclusive interior-related Showroom selling high value products, such as door made of engineered wood, Veneers, Wooden Flooring, panels for other various applications.

Showroom sales position

involves engaging with customers, driving sales while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

: Greet customers as they enter the showroom, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.

Product Knowledge

: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the products on display, including features, benefits, and applications, to effectively communicate with customers and assist them in making informed decisions.

Sales Transactions

: Handle sales transactions accurately, process payments, and manage related paperwork efficiently to ensure a smooth purchasing process.

Follow-up:

Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns and potentially generate repeat business through relationship building.

Reporting

: Compile sales reports, track inventory levels, and provide feedback to management on sales trends and customer preferences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is a plus.

Experience

: Proven experience in retail sales or similar roles is preferred.

Communication Skills

: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with customers and providing exceptional service.

Customer Focus:

A customer-centric approach with a passion for providing exceptional service is crucial.

Technical Understanding

: Ability to understand and present technical product information effectively. Knowledge of handling Emails and MS Office.
