Responsibilities:
Welcome customers
to the showroom with a warm and friendly approach, creating a
positive and inviting environment.
Engage proactively
with customers to understand their requirements and provide personalized recommendations on premium cleaning products, home essentials, and related items.
Demonstrate
product features, benefits, and usage instructions to showcase the value and quality of our offerings.
Utilize
expert product knowledge
to answer customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information.
Drive sales
by actively promoting products, highlighting promotions or discounts, and upselling or cross-selling relevant items.
Process customer transactions
accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring proper documentation.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing
showroom by arranging products, restocking shelves, and ensuring cleanliness.
Build and nurture
strong customer relationships
to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
Stay up-to-date
with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate
with the wider sales team and management to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the showroom.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a showroom or retail sales role, preferably in the premium cleaning products or home essentials industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and provide exceptional service.
Strong product knowledge and passion for premium cleaning products, home essentials, and related items.
Demonstrated ability to deliver effective product demonstrations and communicate product features and benefits.
Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with operating a point-of-sale (POS) system and cash handling.
Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and address customer needs and concerns.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain an orderly and attractive showroom environment.
Flexibility to work as required in a showroom setting.
