Showroom Sales Executive

Role Summary:


Responsible for handling customer queries and complaints, managing sales enquiries, maintaining store display standards, and ensuring a superior customer experience. The role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for luxury retail.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:



Promote and sell luxury timepieces to customers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent sales service. Develop and expand the customer network to enhance business growth. Participate and support company events, promotions, and marketing activities. Contribute to achieving the store's sales targets and performance goals. Ensure the boutique maintains high standards of housekeeping, operations, and customer service.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:



Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any stream. Experience in retail or luxury sales is an advantage (freshers may apply if they meet other criteria). Willingness to work flexible retail hours. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Young, dynamic, self-motivated, open-minded, and result-oriented. Presentable, well-mannered, and professional in appearance and behavior.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
