Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused

Showroom Sales Executive

to join our team in Calicut. The ideal candidate will have experience in jewellery sales, a passion for customer engagement, and the ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery products. Explain product features, designs, and pricing with confidence and accuracy. Maintain strong product knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery. Ensure visual merchandising and cleanliness of the showroom. Process billing and manage customer transactions efficiently. Achieve individual and store-level sales targets. Develop and maintain lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications & Skills:



Minimum

1-3 years of experience

in jewellery showroom sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service orientation. Presentable and well-groomed appearance. Ability to work in a dynamic retail environment.
