Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits effectively to customers.
Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by management.
Ensure the showroom is well-presented, organized, and products are displayed attractively.
Handle billing, invoicing, and maintain accurate sales records.
Manage customer queries, provide after-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotional offers.
Coordinate with the inventory team for stock availability and replenishment.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with management.
Requirements
Minimum 6 Months of experience in retail/showroom sales (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good presentation and customer handling abilities.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team-oriented environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and billing systems.
Positive attitude, confidence, and a customer-first approach
