Job Summary:



The Inside Sales / Showroom Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their needs, explaining product features, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting overall showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom. Explain product features, specifications, and pricing to customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Generate sales and achieve assigned targets. Handle customer queries, provide quotations, and follow up to close sales. Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales transactions. Coordinate with the sales team and management for smooth operations. Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and arrangement of showroom products. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and competitor offerings.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
