Responsibilities

Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. Engage with customers to understand their needs in interior design and remodeling projects. Utilize SketchUp and other design tools to create layout designs that align with client specifications. Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups. Collaborate with the inside sales team to strategize on market approaches and identify new opportunities. Manage stock levels of products and ensure availability for client projects. Stay informed about market trends in interior design to provide valuable insights to clients.

Skills

Proficiency in conducting product demos that effectively highlight product features. Strong understanding of the interior design market, including current trends and customer preferences. Experience in layout design, particularly using SketchUp or similar software. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients. Ability to sell products confidently while addressing client concerns and questions. Familiarity with inside sales processes and techniques related to home improvement products. Knowledge of remodeling practices is a plus, enhancing the ability to advise clients accurately.
