De Interluxe is looking for dynamic and customer-focused
Showroom Sales Executive
to join our team. You will play a key role in providing an exceptional shopping experience to our clients while meeting sales goals and maintaining showroom standards.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Demonstrate deep product knowledge and guide customers in their selection
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain the visual appearance and cleanliness of the showroom
Ensure products are correctly tagged and organized
Process sales orders and assist with invoicing and deliveries
Manage stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager
Requirements
Minimum 1-3 years of showroom or retail sales experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-first attitude with good negotiation abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, sales software)
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Team player with a passion for luxury and lifestyle products
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
