ROLE SUMMARY:



Handling customer queries and complaints, managing customer enquiries, maintaining store display standards, maintaining sales process, excellent communication.

DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES



? Promoting luxury timepieces to customers.

? Managing customer relationships through excellent sales service.

? Creating and maintaining customer's network.

? Attending and supporting the company's events and activities.

? Playing an active role in ensuring the boutique achieves its target.

? Maintaining housekeeping, operating and customer service standards.
