Job Summery

: Male/ Female candidate with any Degree or Diploma in Mech Engg., having 1 to 2 experience in Two wheelers/ Four Wheelers Sales/ Sales Experience in consumer durables & Electronic Items/ Sales experience in Insurance & Banking .

Key Responsibilities

:

Customer interaction

: Greet customers, determine their needs, and help them find the right vehicle

Product knowledge:

Explain the features and benefits of vehicles, and keep up with new products and features

Sales process

: Compute sales prices, negotiate terms, and prepare sales paperwork

Customer service

: Address customer concerns, deliver vehicles, and provide follow-up service

Business development

: Promote sales offers and engage in business development

Inventory

: Research availability of models and optional equipment, and keep sales records

Trade-ins

: Assess the value of trade-in vehicles and may be responsible for the initial valuation

Financing

: Coordinate financing and turn closed deals over to the finance and insurance manager
