Position Overview:



We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Showroom Sales Associate to join our team at Estre Global. As a Showroom Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through their purchasing journey, and contributing to the overall success of our showroom. This role demands a strong commitment to product knowledge, customer satisfaction, and effective sales support.

Experience - 1.5+years



Gender - Females Preferred (Preferably from a Furniture background)



Languages - Kannada, English, Hindi



Week off - Will give week off on weekdays. 6 days working



Key Responsibilities:



Customer Education and Sales Support:



Proficiently educate customers about Estre Global's products. Assist customers in customizing products and selecting appropriate fabrics. Help customers choose color combinations that align with their preferences and interior design goals. Ensure a thorough understanding of products and services, contributing to a positive customer experience and potentially higher sales.

Sales Process Completion and Coordination:



Provide complete sales details to the production department promptly after a sale is made, ensuring accurate and timely information transfer for order processing. Help in resolving any interior design-related queries or issues customers may have in a time-efficient manner, contributing to enhanced customer satisfaction and potential repeat business.

Lead Management and Follow-Up:



Diligently manage, follow up, and nurture leads assigned or customers visited, ensuring they are well-informed and guided towards making a purchase. Coordinate and schedule appointments with Field Sales Executives when necessary to further assist customers, ensuring a seamless transition and continued engagement.

Skills Development towards Showroom Management or Project Orders Expertise:



Continuously enhance knowledge about interiors, color, and design to provide valuable insights and assistance to customers. Grow towards becoming a Showroom Manager or an expert in handling Project Orders. Engage in learning opportunities and experiences that contribute to understanding and managing showroom operations or project orders, preparing for future roles within the organization.

Display and Merchandising:



Maintain an appealing product display and store ambiance that reflects the brand's identity and attracts customers. Utilize design skills to create visually appealing product displays and promotional materials.

Customer Feedback Collection and Relationship Management:



Collect customer feedback regarding product designs, quality, and overall shopping experience. Build and maintain relationships with customers, offering personalized service and following up on purchases, feedback, and inquiries.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably in a showroom or retail environment. (Only from Furniture background) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of interior design and product offerings. Ability to provide exceptional customer service. Detail-oriented and organized. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing product lines. A passion for design and aesthetics. Proactive and self-motivated.
