Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom with professionalism and courtesy. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Present, demonstrate, and explain product features and benefits. Ensure product displays are attractive, organized, and well-maintained. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Handle customer queries, objections, and provide solutions effectively. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and product updates. Process sales transactions and ensure proper documentation. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business. Coordinate with store operations and inventory teams for stock availability.

Requirements:

Proven experience (1-5 years) in showroom/retail sales or a similar role. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment. Presentable and professional appearance. Basic computer knowledge (POS, MS Office, CRM tools preferred). Flexible to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Education:

Minimum: Graduate / Diploma (Any specialization) Preferred: Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
